Accessibility Statement

Calceum Limited (“Calceum”) wants its website and software to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of building good software, not an afterthought, and it extends to our customers’ clients who use the platform.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet or move towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA across calceum.com and the Calceum apps. We have work still to do, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-off project.

What we do

• Set clear goals. WCAG 2.2 AA is our reference standard for the website and the practice application, client portal, and Making Tax Digital application.
• Design it in. We consider accessibility during design and development, including keyboard navigation, colour contrast, text resizing, and clear labelling, rather than retrofitting it.
• Measure and improve. We test our interfaces and fix issues we find, and we prioritise accessibility issues as part of our normal development work.
• Listen. We welcome feedback from anyone who encounters a barrier, and we use it to improve.

Scope

This statement covers the public website at calceum.com and the Calceum apps. Some content provided by third parties or generated from documents you upload may not yet fully meet our target standard.

Known limitations

We are an early-stage company and our software is evolving. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working to identify and resolve these, and we will update this statement as we make progress. If you find a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us.
